DIY EMBELLISHED SUEDE BALLERINAS !!

"  JUST WHEN THE CATERPILLAR THOUGHT HER WORLD WAS WAS OVER
                                SHE BECAME A BUTTERFLY "
and this is what exactly happened to my three year old suede black ballerinas . They were almost settling for a bin now but their owner was so much in love with them that she gave them a new life .

Story behind these ballerinas is that they were just declared useless after they lost one of their butterfly wings pasted on them . But still the owner ( moi moi ) was not ready to part away with these as she was very much impressed with their comfort level and style :) . So , just decided to reinvent them :)

And here was an old purple colored embellished top which was not of any use now . Just extracted some of its stone and they were ready to be fixed with fevicol young at art craft glue on these bellies . I first selected a rough pattern and then pasted these stones according to it . Key to success  here is patience . Placed each stone with much care and composure so that the pattern remains identical on both sides of the pair .

You can do same with any of your basic heels or flats . If bored just reinvent them with your art and  imagination and you are ready to rock in them, again :) hope you liked my effort and if you have any such ideas would love to hear from you :)

AND HERE IS HOW THE NEW BABIES LOOKED LIKED :)
