colorbar pout in a pot lipcolor review .....

hello gals !!

How are you all ? I had not written any post for last few days , was badly stuck in household chores :)... yesterday came to my moms house and finally decided to work on my passion again :)

So, here i come with my review on colorbar pout in a pot lipcolor. This range from colorbar serves you with eight different beautiful shades that are really hard to choose . I chose this fabel pink no.003 as pink plays always safe for me...

                                 Price - rs.550 for 6gm pack
                                 Shelf life - 3 years :)

Packaging : As the name itself suggests its a lipcolor that comes in a glass pot packaging with a beautiful silver metallic cap that contains a lip brush also with it . There is an inbuilt mirror beneath the cap that i really found useful for touch ups when you are out somewhere or traveling. Its a travel friendly packaging that is very much light weight . The difficulty i found with it was that the brush given with it is very hard to take out for the first time ..i was really scared that i will scratch up my lipcolor bottle or would break its lid definitely but after much effort i was successful in removing it safely... huff !! But it is not the case when you try to remove it for the second or next time , it comes out easily enough...

What does it contain and claim : It contains vitamin e , jojoba oil and shea butter .It claims to be non sticky and a long lasting lip color. Colorbar says that you can pamper your lips with this deliciously syrupy lip color that's cushiony and wet . It optically plumps your lips for a sexy plushy pout that you will become addicted to.

My take on the product : What really inspired me to buy this lipcolor was its cute packaging  ;) Its too attractive but a bit pricy for our college going gals . Its a nice lipcolor with glossy finish to it and you need not apply any extra gloss for that extra shine . It gives a decent pigmentation to your lips but i would say that it is does not fall into the category of pinks rather it is a coral shade, so if you are hunting for a pink shade i wont recommend this shade for you. It stays well for two to three hours but not more than that and the color it gives to your lips is lighter than the color you swatch on your hand or wrist. It smells nice and does not bleed if you apply it using a lip liner first. It is hydrating enough and does not makes lip look flaky , gives a smooth finish and a nice plump to your lips but surely not a long lasting one would definitely need touch ups .

Good things
